What Is The Problem?

Students in every grade level are struggling in class. It’s not because they’re not smart or don’t care. It’s because schools are working against them and forcing them to spend more time in their chairs.  Students need to get out of their chairs and be active because research has shown that there is a positive relationship between physical activity and academic performance.
